Mango season is upon us and everyone in South Florida is enjoying this juicy welcome to the hot summer months. The mango is as much a staple of the Florida lifestyle as flip flops and bikinis and people across the state enjoy fresh baked breads and pies, refreshing mango daiquiris and fresh lobster salads topped with the sweet, orange fruit. July 14-15, Fairchild Tropical Garden hosts a weekend of mango-filled fun.
