Mini Lobster Season
Mini Lobster Season is a two day mini season that runs from July 27th - July 28th. The season starts 12:00 A.M. Wednesday and runs until 12:00 A.M. Friday. The mini lobster season is always the last Wednesday and Thursday in July. We have provided a simple Lobster broiling recipe for you!
Broiling Lobsters:
1. Preheat the oven's broiler.
2. Thaw the lobster tails partially and use kitchen scissors to cut the shells open lengthwise down the back. Brush the exposed meat with preferred seasonings (Ours being: olive oil and lemon pepper). Place on a broiler pan with the opening facing upwards.
3. Broil the tails about 6 inches from the heat source until they are opaque and slightly browned at the edges, about 10 minutes.

Diving for lobsters might be fun, but looking like one sure isn't!
