This summer while you're spending time by the pool with the grill fired up and looking for a refreshing side dish for the ribs and hamburgers, try this easy salad you can whip up in no time.

CUCUMBER, RADISH AND OLIVE SALAD

Ingredients:

1 seedless cucumber, peeled and diced

1/3 cup walnuts, coarsely chopped

6 medium red radishes

1 cup pitted imported black olives

¼ cup crumbled feta cheese

For the salad dressing:

2 cups plain nonfat, Greek yogurt

4 cloves of garlic pressed

2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill

Salt and pepper

Place all ingredients in large bowl and chill. JUST PRIOR TO SERVING, add salt and pepper.
