South Florida has a number of wonderful historic venues, and at the top of that list is Vizcaya Museum and Gardens. Vizcaya, the winter residence of James Deering, was built between 1914 and 1922 in the Coconut Grove area. The estate was entirely surrounded by subtropical forest—the Main House and the formal gardens appeared as a dreamlike vision in the midst of the jungle on the shores of Biscayne Bay. Today, Vizcaya is an oasis of silence and greenery, preserved just south of Miami’s skyline.

One of the venues most popular fundraising events is the annual Halloween Sundowner! This year's event, "Mystery, Myth and Fantasy" will be held on October 25th from 8 PM- Midnight. For more information and to purchase tickets, click on the link below.
